Job Description:
Ayesha Spinning Mills is actively seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager (Product Planning & Control). The selected candidate, with a background in Textile Engineering, will play a pivotal role in production/inventory control, planning, receiving & warehousing of materials, inventory levels, logistics, and shipping. The incumbent will analyze all phases of Work In Process (WIP) and assist in making judgments regarding workforce adjustments, implementing changes where production control and related policies & procedures are inadequate, and ensuring all required processes are documented and up to date.
